KPMG is currently seeking a Senior Associate in Customer & Operations for our Consulting (https://advisory.kpmg.us/) practice.


+ Support client engagements with a focus on outside-in customer-centric transformation

+ Serve as a resource and key team member in client projects and support progress against project milestones to help ensure timely execution of project deliverables

+ Supervise staff level engagement teams in the field

+ Review the work product of associates and provide direction and training as necessary

+ Provide input into engagement decisions including work plan and timeline, project management, resource allocation and career development of staff members

+ Analyze and interpret a mix of qualitative and quantitative data and provide recommendations


+ Minimum 3 years of recent experience in providing end-to-end customer-led business transformation

+ Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, economics, math, statistics or a related field from an accredited college/university, Advanced degree or MBA preferred

+ Experience with customer-centric process improvement for marketing, sales and go to market strategy, customer profitability analysis, customer strategy business transformation, customer retention and omni-channel strategy and implementation, customer engagement roadmap development and execution

+ Demonstrated ability analyzing critical business requirements, identifying deficiencies and potential opportunities and developing innovative methodologies for enhancing competitiveness, revenue and cost optimization

+ Experience working in either retail/commercial banking, insurance, wealth/asset management industries with specialization in designing and/or implementing process /technology

+ Interest in further developing career focus in financial services across CX, Marketing, Sales or Service functions

+ Travel estimated at 50% or based on needs of business

+ Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future
