Senior Associate, Creative Traffic Manager

The Brand Creative department is looking for a seasoned marketing or creative project manager to join the new Creative Ops team as a Sr. Associate Project Manager.  Working with their manager and LOB Creative Directors, this person will play a key role in developing and implementing processes and tools that make creative teams more efficient and seeing projects through from intake to completion. This person will also work closely with line of business partners, ensuring they receive clear and timely communications and have a positive experience.

Responsibilities: 

  • Work closely with intake team, Creative Director & Product Owners on incoming projects for your business lane
  • Work closely with Creative Teams on each new project to understand what it takes to get the job done
  • Set up and manage all project-related meetings, ensuring all stakeholders are represented, meeting goals are met and outcomes are logged
  • Develop project plan for each project, creating appropriate tasks and milestones in the PM system
  • Track timelines and critical paths for multiple projects concurrently
  • Ensure that tasks are being completed and marked appropriately in the system
  • Manage project budgets and timelines
  • Remove impediments that prevents a team from completing the work it has negotiated for a given project
  • Build relationships and collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure delivery of commitments 

The person will: 

  • Exhibit outstanding influencing skills to effectively drive project efforts
  • Demonstrate a proven track record of excellent project management, bringing the ability to quickly put structure in place to manage work in a dynamic complex environment. 
  • Have excellent communication and partnership skills which are essential for interacting and communicating with key stakeholders at all levels across the company to manage, inform and influence outcomes
  • Drive consistency in the way we approach creative projects and workflows across our lines of business

BasicQualifications: 

  • Bachelors Degree or Military experience 
  • At least 5 Years of Project, Process or Traffic Management experience in a Marketing or Advertising agency


PreferredQualifications: 

  • Knowledge and understanding of Agile methodology
