is currently seeking a Sr. Associate to join our KPMG Lighthouse (https://home.kpmg.com/us/en/home/insights/2015/01/data-and-analytics.html?location=us) - Center of Excellence for Advanced

Analytics to work on our Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML)

products and solutions. We are looking to rapidly expand our ecosystem of AI

solutions to enable our clients to solve complex problems at scale on cloud

infrastructure utilizing cutting edge ML techniques. You will play a vital role

collaborating with the engineering, data science, and client-facing teams to

define and prioritize the capabilities that will drive these products and

solutions forward. This is a unique opportunity to help grow and expand our

technology portfolio further into new and existing markets.


Responsibilities:


+ Oversee entire technical development process within the Ignite program for any Ignite solution, internal accelerator, foundational component built within the development / delivery pipeline

+ Collaborate closely with and alignment with Ignite Market and Ignite Solution stakeholders to understand business requirements and prioritization of efforts and manage portfolio of Ignite technical development / delivery efforts

+ Participate in coaching activities across cross-functional internal and external teams on Agile and DevOps practices

+ Participate in Daily Stand-up, Sprint Planning, Backlog Grooming, Retrospectives, and assist with developing progress reports for executives.

+ Design, scope, and prioritize backlog items (epics / features / user stories / acceptance criteria) that guide the Agile software development team

+ Develop appropriately detailed specifications for the product features so they are clearly understood by the development teams

+ Play an active role in mitigating impediments impacting successful team completion of Release/Sprint Goals

+ Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to inform the product vision, strategy, features, and prioritization

+ Responsible for ensuring development execution progress and alignment to Ignite technical standards and strategies

+ Responsible for planning, monitoring, and control of the testing activities and tasks. Lead and mentor QA team members. Develop and execute test cases, scripts, plans and procedures. Responsible for automating test scenarios end to end.

+ Defines and owns release strategy / technical roadmap for ignite deployments. Plan, schedule, and communicate the release build and delivery timelines with CTO organization and solutions team. Acts as a key liaison for Build to Operations transition

+ Responsible for aligning and tracking Design, Build, QA, Release efforts


Qualifications:


+ Minimum three years of experience with a professional services firm or experience in a technology and innovation environment

+ Bachelor's degree or MS from an accredited college

+ In-depth knowledge of Scrum and Agile Software Development Methodology

+ Working knowledge of product development architecture

+ Proficiency in the use of analytic tools

+ Ability to prioritize effectively

+ Excellent knowledge of user-centered design principles
