Senior Analyst, Digital Personalization

We have a great opportunity to join a team building new and innovative ways to communicate with United customers and deliver leading edge solutions across United digital channels.

The ideal candidate will bring a mix of business, analytical, and organizational skills to drive business results and increase customer engagement.   

Responsibilities include:

·         Support initiatives that leverage data and technology to optimize offers, product recommendations, and contextual messaging across digital channels.

·         Support demand generation campaigns through identification and analysis of key metrics that enable customer targeting and program/offer construction.

·         Measure and report program/campaign implementations and results, with a premium on actionable insights that enable continuous improvement.

·         Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Brand, IT, Merchandising, Airports, Loyalty, etc.) and external partners to launch new programs and partnerships.

Required Qualifications

·         Bachelor's degree

·         2+ years' work experience in areas such as data management and/or analytics, digital marketing, or consulting.

·         Experience with statistical toolkits (i.e., SAS, SPSS, SQL) and data visualization tools.

·         Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.

·         The ability to:

‒         Work collaboratively with a large set of partners and stakeholders.

‒         Work in an ambiguous and changing environment.

‒         Glean and communicate actionable insights and conclusions from data.

‒         Communicate clearly and persuasively in both written and verbal form.

‒         Organize your time and manage multiple projects.

 

 Preferred Qualifications:

·         Advanced degree in a quantitative field.

·         Familiar with Google Analytics.

·         Familiar with application of machine learning / AI as a business service

·         Experience with customer lifecycle management.
