**Job Description**

As one of the earliest members of the Transformation team, the Sr. Advisor of Transformations Strategy and Operations team will play a key role in this enterprise-critical group with a major corporate mandate to define the future state of care delivery and the ideal consumer experience model for our company. As a result of the start-up nature of this team, responsibilities will be broad. The Sr. Advisor will design, build and manage roadmaps, serving as the central point of coordination for a cross-functional team tasked with developing elements of the physical and digital manifestations of our transformation strategy. S/he will support the creation of executive communications, including Board, CEO, c-suite level meetings, client meetings, etc. and ad hoc projects for the Executive Vice President. This work will require an agile, proactive colleague with significant executive presence, presentation development and delivery skills, and the ability to make connections across disciplines and levels of seniority. The Sr. Manager of Transformation Strategy & Operations will report to the Senior Director of Transformation Strategy & Operations, with exposure to and engagement with executives from the Vice President to the c-suite levels.

**Required Qualifications**

5+ years of work experience, with strong preferences for experience in management consulting, program / project management and implementation within healthcare

**Preferred Qualifications**

Strong communicator, both verbal and written, with executive presence and the ability to influence across functions and at all levels of an organization

Demonstrated presentation skills and ability to develop clear narratives out of complex ideas and circumstances

Highly organized and able to provide positive leadership across multiple cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, complex working environment

Demonstrated project management skills with an emphasis on tracking and measuring multiple work streams and summarizing into concise status updates for an executive audience

Demonstrated organized, detail-oriented, and structured thinking and execution, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and adjust priorities as needed in order to meet deadlines, demonstrating a high level of independent judgment and proactivity
