Our rapid diagnostics solutions are helping address some of the worldâ&#128;&#153;s greatest healthcare challenges.</p><p></p><p>As the Financial Analyst, youâ&#128;&#153;ll have the chance to perform various tasks required for month-end close to ensure accuracy and completeness of accounting records, post accurate and complete JVs within tight reporting deadline, and facilitate management review and decision making. Because the customers are highly complex organizations, successful closing of new business requires having an internal selling team of local sales representatives and managers, product specialists for each line of business (Immunoassay, Clinical Chemistry, Hematology, Informatics, Automation, Services), workflow experts and others as well as a separate team to implement the solution. Â Weâ&#128;&#153;re focused on helping people with diabetes manage their health with life-changing products that provide accurate data to drive better-informed decisions. Weâ&#128;&#153;re revolutionizing the way people monitor their glucose levels with our new sensing technology.</p><p></p><p><b>What Youâ&#128;&#153;ll Do </b></p><ul><li>Build trust and maintain relationships with key influencers and decision makers to build long term professional relationship at the health care executives (i.e., MPPs, Ministries of Health, Economics and Transportation, other policy makers), industry leaders (i.e., MEDEC), patient groups (i.e., Diabetes Canada, JDRF), and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLâ&#128;&#153;s).</li><li>Highly knowledgeable about the political, economic and social factors affecting public policy decision making.</li><li>Monitor legislative and other public policy issues and business opportunities of priority to the company.</li><li>Participate in the development of company positions and strategies for advocating positions with different key stakeholders.</li><li>Serves as companyâ&#128;&#153;s liaison with relevant federal and provincial government policy makers and patient association contacts.Â  Provide ADC with informed direction, guidance and leadership in its relationship with all parties.</li><li>Develops and implements strategies and tactics to support all aspects of government relations in Canada. Leads the development and implementation of integrated strategies and manages resources such as external agencies and budgets. Leads activities of outside business organizations and consultants with respect to advocacy involving key stakeholders to advance business goals and positively influence.
