**A Day in the Life**

At Elanco, the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system Elanco Connect is the central platform for all Customer data and interactions, and it also contains all in market data of the BNL. This is the tool used for tracking Customer execution. Part of this is the data needed to measure our Sales Force execution performance.

The Customer Engagement Analyst is responsible for our CRM system Elanco Connect and collaborates with the Junior Power User who runs the technical side of the system.

The Customer Engagement Analyst will work collaboratively with the local Head of Strategic Operations, Sales, Marketing and Finance, to ensure that the CRM system is aligned to business needs and helps drive strategy. He/she will work with the International CRM support team and the SFE community across the region in order to share best practices and learnings. The Customer Engagement Analyst coaches and trains the (technical) Power User to ensure appropriate support and system maintenance.

The Customer Engagement Analyst will provide front-line training, coaching and support for all the employees who use Elanco Connect CRM and Tableau. He/she will work with all our Sales & Marketing teams for delivering standard reports and ad-hoc processes as required.

  • Creates and maintains reports to support the Head of Strategic Operations and the sales/marketing teams; runs ad hoc SFE analytics
