Job Description: 
The Marketing Operations Scrum Master works with various Cards businesses to deliver marketing campaigns from strategy to market. Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering a calendar for each program that incorporates all marketing and execution teams processes and tasks, associated deadlines, and ownership
  • Responsible for setting Sprints across each campaign and holding parties accountable for their deliverables; also facilitates discussions to remove roadblocks, challenges
  • Challenges execution process and holds retrospectives to learn and provide opportunity for future positive change
  • Helps planning and capacity
  • Provides cycle time metric and publishes status of campaign daily in Scrum and weekly out to leadership.
  • Manages multiple campaigns and sometimes manages across multiple programs
  • Ensure quality deliverables are on time.

Qualifications


Qualifications

  • 5-10 years of business experience, particularly in campaign management
  • Bachelors degree required
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship building; requires collaboration and teamwork across organizational boundaries 
  • Strong communications skills:  listening, presentation and influencing/negotiation skills 
  • Thinks operationally and strategically; analyzes issues, uses sound judgment, generates new ideas; goes beyond the status quo. 
  • Intellectual curiosity, logical thinking and the ability to solve problems creatively 
  • Accountability, attention to detail, decisiveness and strong work ethic 
  • Excellent campaign management skills; ability to handle multiple program execution simultaneously and independently 
  • Time management skills and the ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines
  • Agile knowledge or experience a plus
