SCCM Systems Management Lead Analyst (C13/VP) Irving, TX

The role will be responsible for assuring global software content delivery and providing expert or detailed troubleshooting activities on all aspects of systems management products such as SCCM and Azure Intune. The role involves providing product maintenance, technical guidance, and security evaluations with other Citi teams and vendors. The primary objective is to use our technical knowledge and identified policies to deliver an extremely reliable global content delivery service and execute other technical or administrative tasks related to systems management.


+ diagnose and provide remediation for complex enterprise systems management products by drawing on your expertise and working with the vendor or other Citi resources

+ Create project plans in JIRA to deliver systems management features, upgrades, or enhancements

+ Provide Root Cause Analysis (RCA) post restoration of service

+ Testing of engineering, designs, complex processes, reporting streams, and assist with the automation of repetitive tasks using PowerShell or other programming languages

+ Provide expert technical/strategic direction to team members

+ Review requirement documents, define hardware requirements and update processes and procedures as necessary

+ Ensure ongoing compliance with regulatory requirements

+ Responsible for troubleshooting application or patch delivery problems or client issues dealing on multiple operating systems

+ Conduct project related research

+ Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citi, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.


+ 6-10 years of experience in roles centered around Microsoft systems management delivery (application, patching, client troubleshooting, and related end user services) with a proven track record of operational process change and improvement

+ Ability to develop projects and think independently is required for server, process, and client troubleshooting

+ Ability to work with virtual / in-person teams, and work under pressure / to achieve deadlines

+ Experience with enterprise and or a Financial Services or large complex and/or global environment preferred where a SCCM CAS is used.

+ Effective written and verbal communication skills

+ Effective analytic/diagnostic skills

+ Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audience


+ Bachelors/University degree, or equivalent work experience.
