What You'll Do

The Strategy & Business Acceleration (SBA) group within Cisco Operations is a transformative team that focuses on the companys most important business priorities: unlocking new growth, driving alignment on strategy and building foundational infrastructure for Cisco, our partners and our customer.

  • Developing client/functional views, data gathering, portfolio analysis, building client-centric views
  • Interlocks with the execution teams to understand the project performance
  • Document and provide escalation support to all the one-ops and stakeholders
  • Coordination and preparation for the one-ops functional (BEs, Sales and CX) reviews.

Who You'll Work With

This role primarily works with multi-functional teams in Operations, Sales, BE and CX.

Who You Are

  • Thought leader and strategic thinker with a Cisco-first and Operations mindset
  • Change agent and stimulant for positive, collaborative and well-organized change
  • Credible with the ability to establish a trusted network and influence cross-functionally
  • Outstanding presenter and communicator, very comfortable leading conversations and workshops to drive decision-making at an executive level
  • Data-driven working with quantitative + qualitative data, analyzing datasets and leveraging Industry frameworks to make strategic recommendations
  • End to end Enterprise-wide process implementation
  • A self-motivated, inclusive leader with experience in leading multi-site teams
  • BA/BS or equivalent
  • MBA preferred

An industry expert with a minimum of 10+ years of experience with As A Service business models, previous sales experience, revenue responsibility.
