Were currently looking for a SF Employee Central Lead!

Youll be part of our SAP Consulting team, benefiting from world-wide knowledge sharing and leading technology. We are looking for a professional with SF Employee Central Lead who has the necessary expertise that allows you work independently in the following areas:


Managing Role Based Permission ,Setting up Data Model , Working with Foundation Objects, Working with MDF Foundation objects ,Working with Generic Objects ,Creating Event Reasons for EE Central, Creating business Rules , Using MDF-based Business rules for Event -Reason and Workflow Derivation, Working with Picklist , Managing HRIS Synch, Setting up MDF-Based Payment Information, Portlett Specific Information, Propagation, Deepa links in EC, Working with Admin alerts , EC and your Mobile Device , Setting Up the Company Structure Overview, Creating a Configuration User Interface, Working with Document Templates, Generating a Document, Country Specifics Localisation in Employee Central, Language Packs, Configure Work flow, Configure RBP, Configure email notifications , Position Management, Employee Central Time Off, People Profile, Advanced Reports, Standard Reports , Foundation / Platform configurations Your Required Technical and Professional Expertise

Your Required Technical and Professional Expertise

- Employee Central Subject Matter Expert

- Country Specific localization workshops specialist

- Global template design expert

Ability to work independently with minimum supervision. Participates in and conducts peer reviews as needed. Communication and interpersonal skills for consulting with users to understand needs, define requirements, and provide effective solutions. Preferred Skills and Knowledge: Conduct work effort estimations; develop execution work plans, and follow-up on work progress.

**Required Technical and Professional Expertise**

+ At least 4 years of working experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Module

+ SAP SuccessFactors Associate Certification in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central module.

+ HR(Human Resources) business process expertise is added advantage

+ HR(Human Resources) professional experience for 2 to 3 years would be beneficial

**Preferred Tech and Prof Experience**
