SAP NS2 Sr. Human Resources / Learning Management Consultant-TS/SCI + poly Metro DC

Must be a U.S. Person with Active TS/SCI + Poly Clearance.

ROLE:

HCM (Human Capital Management) Application consultant for SAP SuccessFactors Platform and Learning Solution. Must possess and demonstrate deep expertise in SuccessFactors product implementations or equivalent experience as a functional business practitioner in Human Resources and/or Learning. Apply expert level mastery of SuccessFactors HCM product suite knowledge across products and use professional concepts to consult on leading practices, and develop resolutions to customer requirements and critical issues.

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS:

  • Use expertise to address future concepts, products or technologies
  • Maintain expert level knowledge of SuccessFactors suite through on-going training and project work
  • Collaborate and drive recommendations for sales, product development and partners
  • Apply general HR business process, software and related technical knowledge to support implementations
  • Educate customer on employee data and technical requirements
  • Support go live and post go live efforts 

WORK EXPERIENCE:

  • Minimum of 5+ years of related experience in Human Resources or Learning, with experience using or providing support of business support applications
  • Deep understanding of industry specific business processes
  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience in requirements gathering and development
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience or knowledge of SuccessFactors solution and/or SuccessFactors Integration is preferred

QUALIFICATION:

  • US Citizenship and active TS/SCI + Poly
  • Current SuccessFactors Certification
  • Minimum 4 year University degree or equivalent work experience
  • English: Fluent
  • Travel: 0-100%, depending on customer location
  • Experience with government regulations and compliance guidelines, including but not limited to Accessibility Compliance / Section 508 Compliance preferred
