AWS Worldwide Revenue Operations (WWRO) is a diverse team that supports infrastructure and other foundational initiatives that span and support Sales, Marketing and Support teams within AWS.

The AWS Worldwide Revenue Operations Customer Relationship Management (WWRO CRM) team is looking for a passionate, results-oriented Salesforce Analyst to help maintain and support our Salesforce CRM org. You will work with both technical and non technical stakeholders to analyze, communicate, validate, and implement changes that make it simpler for our field team to manage, maintain and operate at scale. As a Application Analyst in the WWRO CRM Team, you will support ongoing maintenance, configuration, new projects, while maintaining high quality and security standards. The successful candidate must have a strong Salesforce technical knowledge, prioritize multiple work streams, eager to learn, be a strong team player and execute in a fast-paced environment.

Location: This role is open to these locations: Seattle, WA; Dallas, TX; Boston, MA; Atlanta, GA; Jersey City, NJ and Arlington, VA. Relocation offered from within the US to any of these locations.


  • Bachelor€™s degree
  • 4+ years of Salesforce hands-on configuration including the Salesforce Lightning Experience
  • Experience and good understanding of Salesforce.com architecture and security model
  • Strong business analysis and functional experience, including requirements gathering, creating/deploying solutions to end users
  • Experience collaborating effectively with both business owners and engineers


  • Certified Salesforce Administrator/Developer
  • Experience with Apex/Visualforce, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, etc.
  • Working knowledge of software development methodologies like Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or equivalent
  • Strong attention to detail, organization skills and excellent problem solving skills
  • Meets/exceeds Amazon€™s leadership principles requirements for this role
  • Meets/exceeds Amazon€™s functional/technical depth and complexity for this role
