Purpose and Objective: 


SAP America, Inc. seeks a Sales Support Expert at our Miami, FL location to analyze existing processes, recommend improvements, and implement innovative improvements of operations processes and tools that accelerate business impact.


Expectations and Tasks:


Processes include Go-to-Market, Sales Planning, Demand Management, Deal Execution, Forecasting, Performance Management and defined Operations Services. Create initiatives to keep people engaged, motivated so they can be more successful on their jobs and stay longer at organization. Create initiatives that make people accelerate performance and satisfactions. Bring in diverse stakeholders together, moderate and facilitate their dialogue to reach actionable outcomes, and follow up with these outcomes to final implementation. Build growth-oriented teams and create a hiring environment that helps find the best people, support them on their way to full productivity, while creating a great experience for every prospective employee. Work closely to different areas and stakeholders like HR to manager People Data Dashboard, QBRs, and also People Survey & Action Plan. Research, learn and being creative and bring in new ideas to improve the overall employee experience. Facilitate and implement initiatives to provide the best workspace, tools and culture based on the future of work. Improve overall employee experience. Work in a multi-cultural environment and also work with customers and partners. Assist with customer-facing Sales Support employee coaching. Enable employees to proactively look for opportunities to enable a greater customer experience by proactively managing customer relationships and expectations efficiently. Leverage customer relationships for a greater impact. Direct the design, planning, and implementation of (business) development/change programs, policies, processes, standards and procedures or technologies. 70% travel required.

Education and Qualifications/Skills and Competencies:


Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration or a related field of study and 7 years of experience required.  The company will also accept a Master's degree and 5 years of experience. Employer will accept pre-bachelors degree experience.


Specific Skills or Other Requirements:


Experience must involve 5 years in the following: Overseeing forecast, pipeline creation and sales cycle working with customers and partners; Demand Generation, pipeline creation and closing deals; Communicate with Global teams; Presentation; Coaching Sales Executives (peers and/or partners and/or direct reports); Enable partners on forecast; Client relationship; Development of sales content/presentations; Selling to  SMB (small and midsize companies); Working with ad facilitators managing customers and partners interests; Building relationship and networking with different stakeholder. Experience must also include: Selling Oracle application portfolio; SAP Business One consultant certification; Running sales cycle using solution sales and challenge methodology; Closing partnerships thorough OEM (original equipment manufacturer) and PMC (partner manage cloud) with Customers, Partners and Independent Software vendors; Working with Marketing to create campaigns to motivate and reward partners for increasing sales performance; and Go-to-market Strategy. 70% travel required
