To develop our Neurovascular (NV) Business in the Netherlands, we are currently looking for a fulltime customer-oriented field Sales Representative with excellent communication skills and natural ability to spot business opportunities. This is a great challenge for a person with a strong presentation skill, medical devices background and few years of commercial experience in MedTech or Healthcare. Fluency in Dutch and English is required.

**A Day in the Life**

We offer you a position where you present and sell NV products, services and solutions to current and potential clients (mainly Interventional Neuro Radiologists/ INR).

In this fulltime field Sales Representative position, you will be responsible for meeting or exceeding established targets within a given geographical territory (South of the Netherlands). We expect you to be able to understand the hospital environment. You also need to be able to qualify the accounts, highlight the customer needs, identify the decision-making process, qualify the stakeholders, define and execute consistent action plans.

You will sell products to save Acute Ischemic Stroke patients (Mechanical Thrombectomy: Aspiration, Stent Retrievers) and to cure Aneurysms and AVMs (Coils, Flow Diverters, Liquid Embolic, Access).

On top, you will have to sell services solutions like (i.e. Rapid Software, Stroke Care Economix) which implies different and complex selling processes. This is a challenging but rewarding role.

To be successful in this job, you need to be a strong team player. We expect you to cooperate and coordinate activities with your team members and the other divisions within Medtronic to maximize business opportunities. Furthermore, you are service-oriented team player concerned with helping people, both internally and externally.

We are looking for an experienced professional who has a demonstrated ability to manage multiple short and long-term projects while establishing trusted partnerships with key staff at the hospitals, including Clinical and non-Clinical Stakeholders.

You will do your job following our Code of Conduct, that details the ethical standards and the framework under which we manage our business. And you will be in charge of doing the administrative tasks assigned to all Medtronic Sales Representatives (including Cycle counts, Inventory management etc.)

**Must Have**

Bachelors Degree

Fluent in Dutch and very good level of English

Experience in medical devices/ MedTech or healthcare

Minimum of 3 years experience and demonstrated track record of sales

High motivation, enthusiastic and constructive attitude, being comfortable with change and growth

Excellent organizational, interpersonal, persuasive, communication and negotiation skills

Advanced presentation and negotiation skills. Maintaining a professional appearance and providing a positive company image to the public

Strong computer skills (Outlook, Word, Excel)

Used to work independently with a high level of time management skills

Living in South part of The Netherlands (ideally located in Eindhoven area)

Sales driven, business minded and with an entrepreneurial spirit

**Nice to Have**

Product launch, territory planning and forecasting experience

Previous experience in Neurovascular field

Existing relationships with Dutch IRNs

Familiar with the Angio Suite

Speaking other European languages (i.e. French)
