**A Day in the life**


Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned


+ Achieve sales revenue and market share targets for a specified territory, by promoting defined Medtronic products.

+ Ensure technical competence in the CVG therapies comprising of Coronary, CRHF, APV and Structural Heart therapies and support all cases independently once trained and certified

+ Develop and implement call plans for specified territory as part of national strategy

+ Implement Quarterly Cycle Plans as delivered by Business Manager

+ Expand the customer base by establishing regular contact with key specialists, technical staff and administration personnel

+ Ensure the highest level of product knowledge is attained and maintained

+ In consultation with senior staff/sales manager, ensure customers and prospective customers are technically competent through: in-services, and/or regular product updates through correspondence and mailings

+ Encourage team environment by offering case support in assigned territories as needed

+ When requested, act as a mentor and coach to distributor staff

+ Monitor and control local inventory in terms of consignment, shelf life, and turnover

+ Gather market intelligence as an audit on hospital usage, competitor products and pricing, also continual updates on general competitive activities to pass on to Business Manager

+ Complete surveys which provide assessment of customer satisfaction of key markets and accounts

+ Support to drive marketing campaigns for a product or service, arrange promotional events

+ And any other reasonable activity at the request of MEDTRONIC.

**Must Have: Minimum Requirements**


+ Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience and working knowledge of company products and services.

+ Bachelor's Degree Required


**Additional Requirements**


+ Minimum 3 years experience in cardiovascular sales preferred (medical/pharmaceutical)

+ Strong sales acumen

+ Strong Commercials experience

+ Marketing experience preferred

+ Good local and English language
