+ To maintain and service existing customers and assist in developing new business.

+ To gain market share in specific business by promoting, selling and servicing Medtronics specific products within assigned territory.

+ To achieve AOP for the Coronary - RDN business in Indonesia.

+ To penetrate the RDN market at targeted accounts through execution of market development programs.

**A Day in the Life**

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.

+ Achieve sales revenue and market share targets for a specified territory, by promoting defined Medtronic products to key specialist and technical staff for a specific business.

+ Plan and implement sales call plans and provide field reports to Sales Manager.

+ Provide ongoing, timely customer support by providing product information and use of products through appropriate communication channels.

+ Gather and communicate market intelligence (pricing, competitors activities, customer demands) and maintain a thorough knowledge of hospital usage of Medtronic versus competing products and activities.

+ Work closely with customer service and supply chain to ensure inventories and consigned goods are accounted and fully utilize.

+ Ensure customer order cycle is complete. Maintain communication with external logistic/ distributor partners to ensure products are delivered according to lead time.

+ Practice good management in terms of planning, administration and expense planning and control. Comply with Medtronics code of conduct at all times.

+ Ensure the companys agreed quality standards are maintained with regard to its products procedures, policies, operations, customer

+ Ensure the highest level of product knowledge is attained and maintained.

+ Organize and participate in conferences and seminars.

+ Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE) To actively utilises SFE processes for planning, delivering and analyzing sales calls

**Must Have: Minimum Requirements**

+ Bachelors degree required

+ Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience and working knowledge of company products and services

**Additional Requirements**

+ 2 to 4 year sales experience in medical or pharma field

+ Bachelor degree in medical/biomedical or nursing (not required, but preferred)

+ Superior product knowledge. Able to absorb technical product knowledge.

+ Ability to plan, organizes, monitor and execute workshop/technical training session.

+ Strong interpersonal, communication, negotiation skills.

+ Results and Quality orientation.

+ Basic command of English language.
