Sales Performance & Incentive Senior Analyst

+ The Business Analytics Int Analyst is a developing professional role. Deals with most problems independently and has some latitude to solve complex problems. Integrates in-depth specialty area knowledge with a solid understanding of industry standards and practices. Good understanding of how the team and area integrate with others in accomplishing the objectives of the sub function/ job family. Applies analytical thinking and knowledge of data analysis tools and methodologies. Requires attention to detail when making judgments and recommendations based on the analysis of factual information. Typically deals with variable issues with potentially broader business impact. Applies professional judgment when interpreting data and results. Breaks down information in a systematic and communicable manner. Developed communication and diplomacy skills are required in order to exchange potentially complex/sensitive information. Moderate but direct impact through close contact with the businesses' core activities. Quality and timeliness of service provided will affect the effectiveness of own team and other closely related teams. **Responsibilities:**

+ Manage incentive payout for Card & Loan and Retail Sales to be delivered timely and accurately within approved Incentive Framework

+ Enhance incentive process when required

+ Conduct analysis and provide well-reasoned recommendation on incentive strategy

+ Track incentive effectiveness and alert to stakeholders if there is any change required

+ Provide sales performance dashboard and highlight to Sales Head for any outliers

+ Collaborate with Sales Head to launch ad-hoc sales campaign if required and provide the results


+ Minimum 5-7 years working experience in banking or financial services industry, with at least 3-5 years hands-on experience in Cards & Loan/Retail Banking incentive and business planning

+ Strong knowledge and ability to use Excel VBA, Access, SAS, SQL and other tools to support analytical methods, database management, and communication of results

+ Working knowledge of business statistics, incentive & sales performance, mathematical and data modeling processes

+ Organized and possess excellent quantitative, analytical and communication skills

+ Strong attention to detail and accuracy

+ Good interpersonal skills and ability to work with all levels is required. Demonstrate sound project management and/or leadership skills

+ Good project management


+ University degree holder in a quantitative field (e.g. Finance, Statistics or Business Administration) or related discipline

_Citi has entered into an agreement with United Overseas Bank (UOB Vietnam) to transfer its consumer bank in Vietnam which includes Cards & Loans, retail banking and insurance distribution. The sale is expected to complete in end of 2022. As this is a role to work in Citis consumer bank, the successful candidate will initially be employed by Citi, but during the course of sale completion, their employment will transfer to UOB (or) a new entity that will employ Citis consumer bank employees, prior to their transfer to UOB._
