Business Process Advisory professionals apply deep industry, domain and/or analytics skills to develop business insight, share recommendations with clients, and enable the implementation that helps clients realize business outcomes-such as revenue enhancement, operating cost reduction, working capital improvement and customer acquisitions.

Job Description

The Sales Operations Advisory Senior Manager will drive business outcomes for Sales Operations clients by working with key client stakeholders to define innovation in their sales function, define strategic roadmaps, and execute on these strategies. Sales Operations provides transformational and operational services that significantly improve the top line growth through increased revenue and decreased operational costs for clients. We help our clients sales forces generate more sales through improved lead generation and create more selling time by shifting administrative activities. Our suite of innovative technology, smart automation and analytics combined with deep domain and industry expertise allow our clients to dramatically improve the performance of their sales operations.
This role will lead key client conversations and design thinking workshops, and leverage analytics/artificial intelligence to drive next generation initiatives and innovation in the sales operations capability. This role collaborates with delivery leads, account management, and operational excellence teams to deliver client value through both analytics and industry best practices.

Key responsibilities:
Shape and support go to market strategy
Drive sales and participate in RFPs
Provide strategic and futuristic thinking around sales operations
Develop new sales operations products and assets
Solve problems which impact revenues, costs, and profitability


Basic Qualifications
Bachelors degree
Minimum 5 years' experience in sales operations or customer experience
Minimum 5 years' experience in process improvement/transformation or change management, and/or consulting

Preferred Qualifications
Masters Degree
Proficiency in design-thinking methodologies
Experience in client meeting facilitation, orals, etc.
Experience working with C-Suite leadership, and Shared Services organizations
Experience delivering value and outcomes for clients within defined timelines
Exceptional problem-solving skills
Experience working in unstructured situations with minimal guidance
High energy, passion, resilience, and drive
Ability to multi-task and think creatively
Excellent communication skills

Proven ability to build, manage and foster a team-oriented environment
Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
Desire to work in an information systems environment
Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
Excellent leadership and management skills
