About the Position:

The Mexico Sales Manager will be responsible for consistently achieving the company€™s short and long-term Sales and Margin targets, revamp Customer Satisfaction and improve Market Share.

To achieve all of the above, the Country Manager needs to establish solid process to:

- optimize sales coverage through direct and indirect sales channels;

- establish an advanced opportunity management process through SFDC;

- work actively to continuously improve transactional processes with peers and stakeholders to leverage customer experience indicators;

- apply best leadership practices to ensure that the Team has the necessary resources & support to deploy Plan and place solid Development Plan to maximize talent development;

- demonstrate attitudes & behaviors that fully adhere to the Compliance & Integrity standards.


  • Build a solid Go To Market Plan, leveraging the different sales channels (Direct, Indirect through Integrators or Distributors) for better market coverage to achieve Sales goals
  • Deploy Go To Market Plan in a SMART Action Plan, ensuring the collaboration of LATAM functional areas for Marketing, Application and Sales Process
  • Ensure daily monitoring of KPIs, promote Visual Management and place appropriated  countermeasures to mitigate risks of performance
  • Proactively apply the PSP (Problem Solving Process) to understand causes of losses and define countermeasures for performance recovery
  • Lead actions that increase the level of Team Engagement and enhance Shared Purpose
  • Encourage an environment of Diversity and Inclusion
  • Lead by example, showing behaviors that meet the Integrity standards for our associates, business partners and customers
  • Ensure SFDC adoption (Direct and Indirect channels), revamp Opportunity Management best practices to increase Funnel maturity
  • Create a strong collaborative environment with the leadership team (respective peers) of BEC LS in Latin America, promoting innovations, suggestions for continuous improvement and promotion of Talents
  • Represent BEC LS at DHR board meetings in Mexico and in possible Business Events, promoting interactions that generate mutual benefits and positioning BEC LS as a prosperous OpCo
  • Support Initiatives to accelerate Development of our Internal Talents, reducing whyte spaces of succession in the medium and long term
  • Be in daily contact with your direct reporting team, listening to your needs, removing barriers and facilitating actions that will affect the core value drivers

    Previous Experience:

    • Relevant sales experience on Life Sciences / Diagnostics market at least 5 years in a management position
    • Bachelor´s degree in Biology, Biomedicine, Chemistry. MBA is a diferrential;
    • Native in Spanish and Fluent in English
