Position Summary:  
This position is responsible for supporting the Sales Enablement Managers with internal and external cross-functional business strategy engagement support and the tactical creation and execution of process, product and procedural related communications and material resources. 

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Effectively supports the execution of marketing and product communication efforts, including but not limited to; sales guidelines, policies, program offers, marketing updates and key performance indicator inititiatives
  • Assits Sales Enablement management activities; including content identification, creation and communication planning for Residential and Business sales channels on a national scale
  • Partners in the creation of collateral and resource materials to support field sales revenue generation opportunities, cultural change management and ongoing sales goal objectives
  • Supports Sales Enablement cross functional strategic disciplnes driving field sales metric results and productivity by developing integrated content resources for field sales communications, product engagement and Residential/Business sales channel program management 
  • Oversee field sales content repository website to assure the accuracy, freshness and sales consumability of material resources. 

Compensation:

The pay range for this role is $36,500 - $73,100 annually and is based on experience and qualifications.
