The Fin Solutions Ld Group Manager manages multiple teams of senior professionals through other senior managers. The job requires a broad and comprehensive understanding of the different systems, theories and practices relevant to a function as well as practical experience of multiple business cycles. In-depth knowledge of the industry and direct competitors' products/services is also necessary in order to contribute to the commercial objectives of the business. Requires thorough understanding of strategic direction of the function within the business, combined with a solid conceptual/practical grounding in both the function and/ or area of expertise. Excellent communication skills required in order to influence a wide range of audiences. The job is likely to be involved in both internal and external negotiations which will have a major impact on the area managed, and possibly on other related areas and organization as a whole. Develops medium- to long-term plans and executes functional strategies for a large/complex country, cluster of countries, or business requiring coordination and integration across units. Provides input into strategic decisions affecting job family or function within a region or business. Full management responsibility of multiple teams, including management of people, budget and planning. Has authority to negotiate and make independent decisions on issues/activities that have critical impact or influence on company revenues, capital or business operations. Typically, a direct report to an C16 role and sits on the highest functional leadership team within a region,, or global business.


**Responsibilities:**


+ Contributes to the design, roll-out and governance of financial solutions

+ Participates in formulating and setting strategic direction for the process, organization and architecture covering Finance across Citi businesses, products, functions and locations

+ Assists in setting business and information architecture standards for Finance

+ Plays a part in settling and operating necessary forums and frameworks to establish and govern policies and starts for global Finance processes

+ Participates in assessing and incorporating changing business, regulatory and market information needs into finance processes and applications

+ Full management responsibility for multiple teams of senior professionals through other senior managers, including management of people, budget and planning.

+ Develops, directs and controls strategy and execution of the firm's activities within a major Infrastructure area, region or business requiring coordination and integration across units.

+ Acts as key member of the firm's management team who represents the firm in dealings with clients and external bodies.

+ Has authority to negotiate and make autonomous decisions on issues/activities that have critical impact or influence on company revenues, capital or business operation.

+ Recommends focal areas, policies, and plans for these areas with the most senior executives of the firm.

+ Partners with the revenue areas to improve efficiency, effectiveness, productivity and / or control.

+ Frequently involved in a wide range of diverse activities that require strategic vision and analysis. The job is typically required to think beyond the existing solutions, assumptions or current knowledge of sophisticated areas that ultimately affect the business/geographic region or a major segment of it.

+ Performs other duties and functions as assigned.

+ Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency, as well as effectively supervise the activity of others and create accountability with those who fail to maintain these standards.


**Qualifications:**


+ 15+ years relevant experience

+ Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related field, Masters preferred

+ In depth knowledge of banking products / systems

+ Broad and comprehensive knowledge of the different systems, theories and practices relevant to a function as well as practical experience of multiple business cycles.

**Education:**


+ Bachelors degree, potentially Masters degree; managerial experience


The RWA Foundational Lead will be responsible for:


+ Strategically redefining and developing the capital reporting production function to increase the frequency and enhance data quality for increased accuracy in reporting. This includes enhancing the analytics and transparency to explain variances.


+ Collaborating with Finance senior team members, colleagues across Risk, Technology the Business, and Audit to achieve more frequent and accurate reporting.


+ Partnering with Controllers and the Business to redesign the RWA month end due diligence process.


+ Enhancing operational control framework environment with well-defined reviews, reconciliations and attestations including training/documentation prepared in a comprehensive manner.


+ Building analytical capabilities including working with the Business to create what if scenario analytics.


+ Collaborating with Basel Project and Change Lead, Basel Interpretations Office, RWA Integrity team, Business partners and Controllers to implement new regulatory reporting changes (i.e. Basel IV) into the capital reporting production process.


+ Hiring and managing a team of capital professionals for capital reporting production enhancements.


+ Building strong relationships with external regulators including the OCC, FED and SEC through quarterly meetings, conferences, and professional networking.
