Manage all aspects of engagements with existing and new customers for our Honeywell Intelligrated organization. You will build relationships and understand customer business to provide appropriate advanced automation products, software or alternate automated solutions. You will define sales and growth strategy toward key customers while aligning with critical sales and business objectives. As a core focus, you will identify opportunities and build credibility with customers while utilizing your product knowledge to deliver the value proposition to the customers.

·        Increase overall performance of the organization by creating strong customer relationships and new customer partnerships

·        Develop and maximize Honeywell presence and market share with emerging software and hardware technology

·        Drive continuous improvement and lead change in a premiere Sales Organization


  • Bachelor's degree / equivalent, with significant experience in the field, or Master's degree / equivalent, with some experience.
  • 5 years of solutions-based selling (Preferred)
  • Demonstrates a learning orientation with an open-minded approach
  • Strong success rate of sales targets and objectives


    • A strong innovated entrepreneurial mindset
    • Significant experience in a Sales/Account Management related field
    • Strong experience in automation environment
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Excellent business acumen and ability to lead a cross-functional team
    • Ability to influence at varying levels across the organization
    • Ability to handle multiple priorities and navigate in a highly matrixed environment
