Performs the activities required to provide telephone support to the Retail Centers for operational issues. Analyzes, develops, recommends and communicates policies and procedures affecting the Retail Centers. Interfaces with other internal departments to ensure operational soundness and system compatibility. Provides overall problem resolution for operational and system issues. **Qualifications:** Basic Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in business or related field, or equivalent work experience - Minimum two years of experience in retail banking or financial services industry Preferred Skills/Experience - Thorough knowledge of operational policies, procedures, products and services - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously - Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills - Proficient computer navigation skills using a variety of software packages including Microsoft Office applications - Minimum one year as a Retail Support Analyst **Job:** Customer Service / Call Center **Primary Location:** Oregon-OR-Gresham **Shift:** 1st - Daytime **Average Hours Per Week:** 40 **Requisition ID:** 190029814 U.S. Bank is an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to creating a diverse workforce.
