Must come from casual and upscale high volume well known diverse restaurant concepts. Must have great job longevity, upward job progression and excellent hands on employee, guest service and cost control skills for an opportunity with this outstanding growing company. Ideal candidates will come from or have worked in the Philadelphia market. Also seeking Managers and Sous Chefs for Philadelphia suburb locations as well as throughout the State of New Jersey. DESCRIPTION: Great restaurant company opening new restaurants and staffing existing restaurants for moves being made nationwide is seeking General Managers, Restaurant Managers, Kitchen Managers and Sous Chefs in the Baltimore and Rockville, MD and DC markets for this rapidly growing casual and casual high volume restaurant company. Opportunities in Baltimore, Rockville, DC and VA are currently for upscale Steakhouse and a high volume Sports Bar restaurant concepts. Salaries range from $45K-$65K range plus bonus and benefits. Must have a minimum of four years current salaried high volume full service casual, polished casual or upscale restaurant experience, stable job history (no more than 2 jobs in 5 years),  & upward progression. Must have proven success in scratch kitchens, leading teams, providing outstanding guest and employee experiences while running a profitable business. Strong needs for General Managers, Assistant General Managers, Service Managers, Executive Chefs, Sous Chefs Kitchen Managers and Sales Managers throughout the MD, VA and DC markets.
