DESCRIPTION: Great upscale extremely high volume restaurant concept in the Dallas market seeking a strong Service Manager for their Steakhouse. Company is exploding with growth nationwide with many different casual and upscale restaurant concepts, great opportunities and future growth. Must have excellent guest service skills, must be a very hands on operator with great employee training and motivating skills. Must have strong cost control skills and strong job longevity. Must have strong banquet experience. Ideal candidate will have held positions in well known very busy corporate restaurants in the Dallas market. Seeking the same position in their Houston Steakhouse. Salaries in the $50-$60K range plus bonus, benefits and growth.
