Research Product Associate

The candidate will support the Client Interactions Feeds team as a Research Product Associate. The candidate will work in a global team responsible for managing client activities related to Research, Sales, and Corporate Access Events etc. for Citis most important clients.


+ Ensure that Citi provides accurate and timely information on services rendered to clients part of commission payment processes

+ Analyze, fix and highlight erroneous data to insure high level of data quality

+ Ability to deal with critical and urgent requests in a swift and efficient manner

+ Handle any escalations and/or queries from various teams across Citi

+ Liaise with numerous Vendors to resolve any issues

+ Review and revise current processes documents

+ Scope out requirements and execute to deliver on important projects

+ Perform UAT to ensure project related enhancements are deployed accurately and efficiently

+ Efficiently process feeds with minimal or no supervision

Desired Skills:

+ Demonstrated strong analytical, organizational and project management skills with undaunted focus on client service

+ Proficient with Microsoft Excel formulas and pivots

+ Experience with working on various vendor platforms such as OneAccess, Markit, CorpAxe etc. will be an added advantage

+ Ability to manage expectations and maintain good working relationships with internal and external clients

+ Good written and verbal communication skills

+ Ability to communicate at different levels with ease

+ Ability to multi-task, independently manage workflow, and be able to prioritize tasks according to their urgency

+ Project management skills desired

+ Aptitude to handle and drive forward projects

+ Self-motivated, highly-focused and detail-oriented

+ Good team player

+ High level of energy

+ Desire to learn new processes
