A brand new opportunity in a customer facing role within our Cardiac Rhythm Management (CRM) business based in Melbourne! The Remote Services Specialist will be responsible for driving the implementation of CRMs new technology and service models and play an integral role in enabling clinicians to make more informed decisions and deliver meaningful treatment plans. **A Day in the Life**

Based in Melbourne and covering Victoria, you will work with our clinical customers to ensure that Medtronic device data management systems work efficiently. As a Remote Services Specialist, you will play the role of a consultant and support customers during new technology launches, hardware and software deployment, management and troubleshooting in efficient device follow-up.

**Responsibilities include:**

+ Work with the local Service and Innovation Manager (SIM) in service efficiency opportunity identification

+ Complete regular service check-ins and service surveys and follow up on any technical queries for the customer

+ Enable in selling Medtronic Remote Monitoring exclusives to colleagues and customers and ensure remote service processes align with ANZ gold standard

+ Field technical questions for related products (e.g. Carelink, Carelink Express, LINQ on Carelink, CL360 RDMS tools such as Mainspring, Box, Carelink monitors) nationally from customers, tech reviewers, admin staff and field staff.

+ Work with local SIM to prioritise remote service targets

+ On-boarding/installation/training of new remote service sites (CL360 RDMS, CLE, Remote View) as well as ongoing site support

+ Contract renewals of remote service accounts

+ Support in training of local field staff products/services

+ Collaborate with local field teams to provide a remote service which interacts seamlessly with in-person service


+ Several jurisdictions across Australia have established mandatory requirements for healthcare workers and others working in health care settings to be vaccinated with at least two doses of a COVID-19 vaccine. To be eligible to apply and be considered for this role, Medtronic Australasia requires candidates to meet the conditions of the relevant and current Government directions (including Public Health Orders). The successful candidate will be required to provide evidence of vaccination before an appointment.

+ Bachelors Degree nursing, science or similar

+ Valid drivers license required; upto 25% travel required

+ Cardiac rhythm device experience preferred
