What youll do:
Handle all correspondence with customers using confidence, courtesy, and professionalism to support the departments vision of a

Assist customers with filling out application via telephone
Assist customers with filling out application via telephone
Effectively communicate Terms and Conditions and the value of our product
Answer customer questions regarding applications and customer accounts
Verify accuracy of all information provided on online application
Submit applications and relay results to the customer
Take payments via telephone and provide payment assistance options when available

Understand the need to escalate customer calls when appropriate
Maintain database on new and existing customers

Remote work requirements:
Reside in Oklahoma or the Kansas City Metro Area
Internet service with a wired connection to router, minimum download speed of 10Mbps
Work afternoons, evenings, and weekends as scheduled
Quiet, office-like workspace, free of distraction
Other requirements:
High School Diploma or GED
1 to 3 months related experience and/or training
