**Relationship Associate / Relationship Analyst**


**Level: C10/C11/C12 Depending on experience**


**Position Objective**


Working with Corporate Bankers to support the TTS product origination, onboarding, and query resolution for Banking managed clients the Industrials client portfolios, for the full scope of TTS product suite.


Responsible for driving deals through CRM and wider Implementation ensuring ramp up of revenue from deals implemented, and monitor revenues to ensure retention of existing revenue. Gain in-depth understanding of clients businesses, organisation and objectives, to build an efficient, productive and strong relationship.


Co-ordinate/maintain account structures assist with account opening/closing and ensure correct liquidity structure to meet client needs. Works as an integral part of the Corporate Banking team and lead efforts to maintain and fine-tune the clients existing TTS product solutions by navigating the Citi network.


Develop and maintain a working knowledge of the TTS product credit requirements and how they relate to our clients credit allocation, implementation, and ongoing management.


Work with internal teams to ensure efficient and effective delivery of client needs and requirements. Be the client advocate in managing the Citi network, +100 countries to ensure client satisfaction.


**Key Responsibilities**


+ Support Corporate Banking team with product on-boarding and maintenance opening for Banker Solo designated clients

+ Input CRM deal

+ Work with the Account Service team

+ Work with billing team if/when pricing issues arise, Channel Services, Citidirect, CitiConnect, etc

+ Maintain and fine-tune the clients existing TTS product solutions by navigating the Citi network, include GSG, Ops, and product and functional partners

+ Handle queries on other TTS products for Banker Solo designated names, e.g. cards, receivables, liquidity structures, trade finance products, Worldlink, security accounts

+ Manage Account closure process as required

+ Works closely with the rest of the Banking team to ensure credit efficiency of the product requirements and manage reporting and controls processes around the product space

+ Co-ordinate/maintain account structures assist with account opening/closing and ensure correct liquidity structure in place to meet your needs

+ Manages account structure requirements, sales and general banking needs

+ Engages Implementations and Account Services for onboarding activities

+ Shares regulatory and product updates with the client

+ Identify new opportunities for enhancing current structure

+ Co-ordinate/maintain account structures assist with account opening/closing and ensure correct liquidity structure in place to meet the clients needs

+ Provide support during product implementations, systems enhancements, etc.

+ Work in partnership with TTS Products and provide relevant support, and drive completion of projects.

+ Co-ordinate and oversee in partnership with Operations updating customer account and/or product structures.

+ Act as an escalation points for Clients on Account and TTS related items, liaising with the internal teams where required to ensure Operations and Product are taking the appropriate steps and responsibility to resolve items raised by the clients. Escalate internally when required.

+ Ensure KYC and AML controls are in place for all new client requirements, through the established process and lead any control or remediation requirements relating to the product space.

+ Work in partnership with Trade Implementations for the issuance and associated documentation for Guarantees/LCs.

+ Assist with client communication of Product migrations, regulatory changes and market updates for portfolio.

+ Coordinate and work closely with the rest of the Corporate Banking team Client Relationship Reviews and call briefing memos.

+ Provide support where necessary for the coordination of RFPs.

+ Drive the Service Quality Process at the client level


**Development Value**


This role will allow an individual to develop a good understanding of our clients organisation, and treasury functions. Provide a thorough understanding of the Citis TTS business, its products, risks and controls. Sitting within the Corporate Banking team also enables greater development opportunity to get more involved in the credit aspects of TTS products. With further development opportunity for cross product exposure. Develop and grow their Citi network across the Globe. Provide the opportunity to expand and strengthen one's knowledge to then further pursue a career as an RA.


**Requirements:**


+ Bachelors degree in Finance or closely related areas of Business Administration

+ Citi TTS skills/experience (ie experience in Citi's TTS product space, including product set up, system and process navigation)

+ Proven ability to learn and exert sound judgment

+ Ability to be client focused and results oriented

+ Consistently demonstrate follow-up and organizational skills

+ Consistently demonstrate clear and concise written and verbal communication

+ Proven planning, negotiation and analytical skills

+ Consistently demonstrate a professional attitude
