Regulatory Project Management Lead, VP

The Chief Administrative Office (CAO) plays a critical role in leading Citis Transformation initiatives, which represent the banks top priorities globally at an enterprise-wide level. The Regulatory & Cross-Enterprise Transformation group is responsible for providing oversight, standards and central reporting for Citis regulatory remediation and cross-company programs.

As part of the CAO organizations Regulatory and Cross-Enterprise Transformation team, the Initiative / Program Management Lead will partner closely with the Initiative Director Transformation (Compliance) to assist with planning, direction, execution, and monitoring of day-to-day activities related to Compliances transformation related deliverables.

The Lead will need to effectively partner with stakeholders to support the ongoing processes, continually improve the guidance and drive towards efficient and sustainable best practices.

**Key Responsibilities include:**

+ Monitor reports to ensure appropriate process steps are followed and ensure appropriate actions are completed

+ Perform quality reviews of stakeholder delivered documentation

+ Coordinate with Compliance to ensure that the provided documentation is sufficient to meet process requirements

+ Ensure clear and transparent reporting of project/program status, risks/issues, and stakeholder management updates to senior executives

+ Escalate program risks, when appropriate

+ Support the preparation and maintenance of progress and status reports

+ Manage and maintain recordkeeping documentation to ensure an audit ready environment

+ Build strong relationships with key stakeholders including program sponsors, program leads, and team members across all levels.

+ Additional duties as assigned.


+ 6-10 years of experience

+ Excellent people and communication skills (written and verbal) and the ability to work collaboratively and build effective cross-functional relationships

+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and follow-up

+ Excellent computer skills with a high level of proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint)

+ Experience with Citi organization and PMP and/ or Agile certification a plus


+ Bachelors/University degree or equivalent experience, potentially Masters degree
