Ready to kick things up a notch? Yelp is seeking a Regional Vice President of Enterprise Sales who can help us continue to expand our business across large Enterprise accounts with HQs on the West Coast. The role will be responsible for managing a small team of Regional Directors and Sales Managers, who lead teams of sales reps that generate revenue by closing sales directly with clients and their agency partners. Where You Come In:

  • You will build, oversee and drive a team of regional leaders and field sales representatives to maximize revenues and exceed sales targets
  • You will forecast monthly, quarterly and annual account revenue streams accurately
  • You will identify, develop, and implement effective sales plans and strategies
  • You will provide hands-on coaching, support and motivation to help individuals meet and exceed their defined sales targets
  • You will train and coach sales representatives to structure deals that position them to exceed revenue expectations
  • You will serve as an escalation point for issues beyond team authority; resolve team conflicts as necessary
  • You will participate in key sales cycles by strategizing internally with team as well as participating in prospect / client meetings 
  • You will maintain open communication and collaborate with cross-functional partners, including Customer Success, Product, Legal, Marketing, Sales Planning, Revenue Operations, etc. to maximize revenue 
  • You will participate in sales team meetings, sales leadership meetings and business reviews
  • You will live the company values 
  • You will perform other duties as needed/assigned

What it Takes to Succeed:

  • You hold a BA/BS degree or similar college level education
  • You have 10+ years of demonstrated success leading and managing an enterprise sales team and exceeding team targets
  • You have a solid foundation in paid media, specifically cost per click advertising 
  • You have strong sales, recruiting, leadership, organization, planning and prioritization skills
  • You are results oriented with multiple years of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
  • You have excellent interpersonal skills to facilitate positive working relationships across the organization and in the marketplace
  • You have exceptional Project Management skills
  • You have the ability to develop and critically analyze a sales pipeline and forecast using Salesforce (or equivalent) 
  • You have excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • You consider yourself to be highly motivated and flexible 
  • You have the desire to travel for in-person meetings
