This Regional\rSales Leader position is responsible for generating sales of\rcomprehensive energy solutions, to include facilities infrastructure\rmodernization in the MUSH market sector. Our teams present a value-based\rsolution using a consultative sales approach in a multi-level decision making\renvironment. You will be armed with innovative, outcome-based solutions to\rcreate flexible ecosystems focused on customer needs.  This position will\ralso enable you to grow as a professional with future upward mobility\ropportunities available throughout the Honeywell organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, own and execute a sales\r growth plan through multiple markets across the geography.
  • Use a Solution Sales process\r methodology to qualify & disqualify\r complex sales opportunities for\r consistent, robust results.
  • Establish yourself as a trusted advisor to executive\r level decision makers on outcome-based solutions to drive success in\r addressing key needs to support their mission.
  • Utilizing consultative selling techniques to identify\r customer challenges and needs with respect to financial, regulatory,\r resilience and technology goals
  • Articulate the benefits of infrastructure modernization\r and/or energy related approaches to drive critical savings and\r optimization across a customer organization
  • Use of a disciplined sales and market development\r process that relies heavily on financial drivers
  • Working knowledge of the emerging energy market and\r current public sector market drivers (i.e. energy resilience, physical\r security, alternative financing and cyber security)
  • Lead cross functional team members through a\r multi-level organization to develop comprehensive solutions to generate\r overall cost savings and improved processes for customers
  • Maintaining ongoing customer relationships using\r account management principals to ensure customer satisfaction and develop\r future opportunities
  • After identifying specific program opportunities,\r develop and identify key stakeholders and decision makers to move the\r opportunity through the public agency procurement process


  • Bachelor€™s degree
  • 5 + years of Energy services, building technologies, Technology or (SaaS, Management Services) sales experience
  • Willingness to travel 50% by car regionally and occasionally by air. This role can be located in Northern FL, GA or Alabama. 



  • Energy and Sustainability solution sales experience
  • Complex sales and /or business development experience in one or more of the following vertical markets: state and local government, K12 schools, higher education or healthcare.
  • A proven ability to build an internal and external partnership ecosystem for customer acquisition to develop a robust and sustainable opportunity funnel
  • Prior success leading large scale, multi-phase energy or technology programs
  • Team leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Experience\rselling data supported, outcome-based solutions to municipalities, public\rand/or private universities, K-12 school districts and state agencies at the\rC-suite level
  • Direct\rEnergy Services or Alternative finance experience
  • Understanding of Smart Cities\rsolutions.
  • Ability to\rwork in a fast-paced, highly matrixed environment
  • Understanding\rof state procurement processes and the state laws on financed solutions for\rthe states you will be\rdoing business
  • Demonstrated\rpresentation skills (In person and virtual)
  • Excellent\rwritten and verbal communication skills
