Job Summary:

This position is temporary, full time, and will be paid through a third party vendor.

Supports recruitment activities as point of contact for the department through communication with applicants, coordination, and participation in recruitment activities.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate and coordinate new Caregiver HR appointments.
  • Ensures exceptional customer service expectations are met.
  • Responsible for accurate and timely candidate and new Caregiver communications.
  • Reviews and appropriately addresses OneHR cases.
  • Assists with applicant tracking system activities.
  • Performs quality checks and ensures new hire and internal transfer compliance.
  • Tracks and reports timely on new Caregiver status as it relates to HR appointment readiness and attendance, missing documents and clearance.
  • Maintains the I-9 dashboard and communicates non-compliance appropriately.
  • Ensures new Caregiver onboarding is complete by their start date.
  • Responsible for achieving individual goals and metrics and also assists in meeting departmental goals.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in all systems and technology required for the role.
  • Maintains accuracy of applicant tracking system.
  • Coordinates or assists with recruitment events as directed by Talent Acquisition leadership.
  • Provides support with miscellaneous projects and spreadsheet work.
  • Responsible for onboarding, training and coaching new Caregivers.
  • Partners with Human Resources for compliance and regulatory audits, reviews and inspections.
  • Other duties as assigned.

    Education:

    • Associates degree.

      Certifications:

      • None required.

        Complexity of Work:

        • Demonstrate strong and effective verbal, written and interpersonal communication and possess strong customer service skills.
        • Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
        • Must be able to work in a fast paced and high volume environment.
        • Proficient computer skills in Microsoft office suite.
        • Must be team oriented, possess a positive attitude and work well with others.
        • Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a flexible, fast paced and challenging environment.
        • Must be detail-oriented and have the ability to work proactively and effectively while ensuring compliance.
        • Displays professionalism throughout the recruitment process.

          Work Experience:

          • Minimum of 2 years of clerical/administrative experience in an office environment.
          • Previous human resources or customer service experience is preferred.
          • Experience with computers and Microsoft Office suite required.
          • Experience with Workday Recruiting preferred.
          • Offset: Bachelor's Degree in human resources, business or related field may substitute for work experience.
          • Offset: High School Diploma/GED and an additional 2 years of experience.

            Physical Requirements:

            • Possess full range of body motion including handling and lifting items up to 50 pounds, manual and finger dexterity and eye hand coordination.
            • Manual dexterity to perform work on a computer
            • Requires standing and walking for extended periods of time.
            • Requires corrected vision and hearing to normal range.
            • Must be able to travel to various Cleveland Clinic sites.

              Personal Protective Equipment:

              • Follows standard precautions using personal protective equipment as required.
