**Job Description**

As a Recruiting Technology Senior Manager - Candidate Experience, you will be a critical member of the Talent Acquisition (TA) Operations team leading initiatives relative to technology, systems, and artificial intelligence (AI) to enable recruiting initiatives across the enterprise. This is an architect role where you will assist with bringing together various technologies across Talent Acquisition to allow our teams to quickly deliver top talent to the business. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to understand current business requirements and processes in order to identify opportunities for process improvements, system performance improvements, and improving the overall candidate experience.

Specifically, you will be responsible for management of our Candidate Relationship Management tool and strategy. You will also work closely with TA leaders on scoping and deployment of other recruiting related technologies and be responsible for Talent Acquisition's overall tech roadmap. You must be able to effectively collaborate with technical experts to translate business requirements into actionable technical solutions for system improvements, process enhancements, and automation.

To be successful within this role you must have:

Understanding of HR technology, databases, and system interfaces

Experience with Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) systems and Saas/Cloud based solutions

Expert analytics, troubleshooting, and problem solving abilities including architecting and presenting solutions

Excellent solution delivery experience interfacing with functional and technical stakeholders, process owners, and users.

**Required Qualifications**

5+ years of experience in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, Information Technology, or Project Management experience

3+ years of experience working with HR technologies with a focus on scoping and deployment of tools and systems

3+ years of experience with Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) tools including strategy development

**Preferred Qualifications**

Experience with Kenexa Brassring or similar Applicant Tracking System

Experience with Smashfly CRM

Experience with IT systems or HRIT processes


Bachelor's (BA/BS) degree or equivalent experience
