Key job responsibilities
About the Role:
The AWS Early Career Talent (ECT) team is looking for a Recruiting Operations Specialist. The Recruiting Operations Specialist will support the recruiting team in the administration and optimization of recruiting systems and tools.

You Will:

• Create job requisitions, track progress, and post/update job postings across various systems and job boards
• Maintain data integrity, ensuring absolute accuracy of all information between multiple systems
• Conduct regular data and process audits to ensure data quality and identify areas of potential process improvement
• Maintain documentation and support in defining and talent acquisition workflow and processes
• Work creatively to provide the recruiting team with technical support for various system inquiries
• Other projects as assigned

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

You Have:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field
• At least 2+ years of Human Resources experience in an operations capacity
• Experience maintaining HR or ATS systems
• Strong Office experience with an emphasis in Excel

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience in high volume hiring
• Process optimization, simplification and / or automation experience
