This
job role is focused on the entry of rebate transactions in SAP, monitoring the
RS Rebates mailbox, logging rebate activity in the Rebates Access Database,
ensuring activity is appropriately filed, and compiling documentation for
payment and delivery. The secondary
responsibility is to contribute and/or represent the department through
completion of specific projects as defined in annual objectives.


**A Day in the Life**


Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.


+ Load activities, including calculations, compliance formreceipt, approval, and payment dates accurately into Access Database, update ateach stage of rebate process. Trackrebate processed to ensure all necessary approvals have been obtained, entrerebate orders into SAP, which affect revenue, cash or accounts receivable.

+ Provide back up of rebates ready for payment to the RebateAnalyst to prepare the payment proposal in SAP. Once payment has been completed, coordinatorwill disburse payment activity appropriately, with needed paymentdocumentation.

+ Provide support to customers, field organization, businessunits, Customer Financial Solutions, and Customer Service regarding questionsabout rebate payments or fulfill requests for documentation.

+ Maintain credit hold activity records and all follow-upactivity.

+ Access Table Maintenance

+ Maintain certain aspects of the open Issue tracking logs

+ Maintain rebate mailing list in Access, including all changes inthe file based on internal notifications.

+ Requirements gathering support for Sox, Financial and Complianceaudits.

+ Drive maintenance of SOPs and work instructions related torebate activity.

+ Maintain documentation of team website.


**Must Have: Minimum Requirements**


+ Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience


**Nice to Have**


+ Associates Degree,two years course work toward Bachelors Degree program, or equivalent workexperience.

+ Experience in acustomer facing role.

+ Strongorganizational, analytical and communication skills, with a high degree ofinitiative.

+ Ability to multitaskand track complex issues, maintaining clear notes on progress to enableothers to interpret open issue status.

+ Proficientcomputer skills, including Excel Word.

+ Reliable workethic and ability to be flexible during high peak times.
