Join a world-class global real estate organization that strives to drive change across a diverse real estate portfolio, through pro-active portfolio management.  The real estate organization consists of an extremely strong team with a mandate from the Corporation; a solid foundation in place that includes industry-leading processes and tools; and an incomparable analytics platform.  This role will be part of the Global Real Estate €“ Analytics COE focused on facilities management and sustainability across HON€™s global portfolio of 1,000 sites & 53M SF.
Responsibilities Include:
  • Collaborate with HON€™s Real Estate team & IFM providers to lead preparation of performance metrics for review with Global Real Estate leadership
  • Collaborate with Analytics COE team / regional Analysts to drive enhancements to Global Real Estate€™s analytics platform €“ improve day-to-day workflow and provide new/enhanced analytical insights into the portfolio to identify incremental optimization opportunities
  • Represent Global Real Estate as part of a cross-functional Sustainability Council which drives projects to meet annual goals for increasing energy efficiency, reducing greenhouse gas emissions, minimizing waste and saving water.
  • Oversee HON€™s capital investment budget to support energy reduction & sustainability initiatives.  Partner with SBG energy leads to profile pipeline projects, allocate capital & report on progress
  • Drive coordination of the Facilities & Energy / Sustainability AOP & STRAP plans
  • Actively participates in Global Real Estate meetings collaborating with regional Real Estate & Facilities Leaders, Strategic Planners, business stakeholders & IFM providers to ensure successful reviews

    • BS/BA degree - Business, Finance, and/or Engineering
    • Minimum of 3 years of experience in real estate, facilities, consulting, finance or similar role
    • 3 years of experience with programs focused on analytics - Excel, Tableau, etc.
    • 3 years of financial analysis and modeling (i.e. Net Present Value, Payback, IRR, etc)
