How will you make an impact?

The R&D Program Manager will support fostering a culture of collaborative innovation that enables product leadership through building an engaged, interconnected R&D community with effective operating mechanisms and communication channels, leading world-class idea management tools and processes, and driving internal R&D grants and challenge programs to increase visibility across our global organization.

What will you do?
  • Support development, implementation, and maintenance of a vibrant virtual “R&D Hub” enabling technical connectivity across global R&D
  • Support web-based ideation tool infrastructure and operating mechanisms including design, selection, and reporting
  • Assist Chief Scientific Officer in deployment of tools to assist R&D in summarizing portfolio analytics

How will you get here?
  • Minimum of B.S. in Science or Engineering related fields of study with advanced degree preferred
  • Life sciences, pharma, or biotech background is strongly preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint & Word platforms
  • Experience in idea management or crowd-sourcing technologies is a plus
  • Experience with data analytics (i.e., Power BI) and HTML coding experience a plus
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
  • Effective verbal communication and interpersonal skills, interfacing effectively with a diverse audience while understanding different personalities and motivations
  • Highly organized, with analytical, critical thinking, and creative problem-solving skills
  • Strong written communications skills with the ability to interpret and summarize analysis results in a clear, concise, and accurate manner
  • Flexible in job role responsibility in a dynamic team environment
