Assignment Capsule Be a part of the Financial Operations team - gather requirements and present solutions that improve business processes and systems. Humana is seeking a person who will be an expert of our Drug Manufacturer Rebates invoicing system. They will collaborate with the business and IT partners to make sure our invoicing capabilities keep up with business demand. + Partner with Humanas internal pharmacy team and external drug manufacturers to ensure accurate contract terms are maintained in the drug manufacturer rebate billing system + Serve as system expert detailed knowledge of system functionality/limitations and underlying tables/data + Work with IT to troubleshoot and correct system errors and issues + Create and maintain documentation of system processes and procedures, such as process flow charts and routine user tasks + Perform invoice-related activities and provide analytical support to internal and external partners + Provide testing support for system enhancements and projects Key Competencies + Accountability: Meets established expectations and takes responsibility for achieving results; encourages others to do the same. + Builds Trust: Consistently models and inspires high levels of integrity, lives up to commitments, and takes responsibility for the impact of one's actions. + Interpersonal Effectiveness: Understands oneself, effectively manages emotions, listens and communicates with respect, and builds trusting relationships. + Pursues Excellence: Seeks out learning, strives to develop and expand personally, and continuously helps others upgrade their capability to contribute to Humana. Role Essentials + Bachelors Degree in Business, Computer Science or a related field + Knowledge of SQL and/or Access and relational databases + Comprehensive knowledge of Excel + Problem analysis and process documentation + Working in cross-functional, collaborative teams Role Desirables + Prior healthcare, pharmaceutical industry, or Pharmacy Benefits Manager (PBM) experience + Prior experience with Oracle e-Business Suite products Channel Revenue Management Reporting Relationships This area is under the leadership of the SVP & Chief Information Officer.
