This position is responsible to produce and analyze key data from multiple systems (SAP, QlikView, DFCS, etc.) needed for supply chain and distribution activities within Lake County Distribution Center (LCDC). This position will report to the Director of Distribution and is responsible for the trend and performance monitoring and other metrics/KPI for Global Distribution out of LCDC. Develops data queries based upon ad-hoc requests required to measure effectiveness of business process. Manage major projects or combination of projects. Demonstrate knowledge and applies PMI methodology to successfully drive site and global logistic/distribution improvement projects.


1. Provide planning, leadership and focus to manage deliverables, scope and objectives of major projects and initiatives

2.Leads continuous improvements within LCDC based on data analysis, in collaboration with site Logistics, Shipping, Receiving and Customs teams.

3. Recommends innovative ways to improve performance, quality and enhance profitability on an ongoing basis; modifies work processes and procedures in line with current ADD quality, regulatory and EHS requirements.

4. Develop, track and communicate progress against deliverables and resource constraints

5. Consistently support collaborative efforts and promote a cooperative team environment at all levels


Bachelor’s degree in engineering, supply chain, operations with 6+ years or equivalent work experience of 10+ years in global supply chain and distribution. 

Knowledge of SAP, relational database and reporting tool and PMP certification is a plus. 

Lean Six Sigma methodology also a plus. 

Proven leadership ability with superior communication skills including listening, verbal, presentation and written. 

Issue identification and strong problem analysis and solution development skills. 

Exceptional workload management and organization skills. 

The incumbent will work with and influence wide variety and skilled personnel across the supply chain.
