​What will you do?
  • Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) system, including GMP production spaces, Lab spaces and comfort controls in office areas.
  • Facilitates the required maintenance, projects and documentation to meet regulatory compliance for HVAC, THP and Dust Collection systems on the Cincinnati site.
  • Takes ownership and is responsible for maintenance and upkeep of HVAC, THP and Dust Collection systems to ensure equipment functions within normal working parameters
  • Carries out and/or supervises planned and corrective maintenance on HVAC, THP and Dust Collection systems.
  • Responds to breakdowns and diagnose common faults, complete corrective maintenance and/or manages external vendors to complete required work
  • Works with HVAC Owner on the following:
    • helps identify any improvements that can be made to ensure the efficiency and safe operation
    • Proactively reduce site running costs by identifying improvements and efficiency measures
    • As needed assists in the commissioning of new equipment
    • Assists in carrying out root cause analysis and implement counter measures
  • Controls and prioritizes workload based on area need, availability and production schedule
  • Coordinates parts sourcing ordering and control costs on workload
  • Utilizes the company’s CMMS (One Maximo) to document all work being performed.
    • Ensure clear and accurate information and is frequently updated in accordance with all quality control requirements
  • Communicates with other departments to facilitate work to minimize impact to schedule and to assist with meeting site’s RFT and OTD deliverables
  • Actively communicates through multiple methods
    • Report out daily issues in through the tiered meetings.
    • Attends 7:30 huddle to report out on any THP issues
    • Clearly communicates any work that need to be progressed between shifts
    • Utilizes other means of communication when direct reporting is unavailable
    • Supports areas on meeting company goals by involvement with area PPI
  • Assist all contractors as required. Where appropriate supervises and controls contract staff
  • Adheres to all department and company procedures
  • Report all incidents and hazards. Conforms to and maintains area safety standards for safe working practices and good house keeping

Education
/Experience
  • Audit experience preferred
  • Associates Degree preferred
  • Good communicator
  • Read and interpret
    • CAD, Wiring/ Pneumatic Diagrams
    • Equipment specifications
    • Submittals
  • CMMS experience
  • Leadership / Supervisory experience
  • Experience with GMP and or ISO
  • MS Office
