The Project Manager Business Transformation in Cardiac and Vascular Group (CVG) EMEA will be responsible for managing and / or supporting cross business regional project teams to execute project plans, project communication, stakeholder management and coordination with other project leaders to maintain awareness of interdependencies with other Business specific and regional initiatives. This is a great challenge for highly motivated individual comfortable with cross-functional communication throughout multiple levels within the organization. Fluent English is required. The candidate we are looking for lives in the Netherlands, Belgium, Denmark, Austria or Switzerland.


**A Day in the Life**

The CVG Regional project manager supporting business transformation is a member of the CVG regional team that leads the local CVG projects to execute our strategic initiatives that optimize how we go to market and develop our organization.

The position reports to the CVG Regional Leader.

To be successful in this role you are a strong collaborator with excellent skills to gather necessary information and build trust. Furthermore, you demonstrate ability to work on tight deadlines and excel in a fast-paced business environment. Next to that, you are able to influence senior audiences and have strong business acumen.


**Your responsibilities will include:**


**CVG Transformation Program Management**

Support CVG Transformation with project governance, including weekly, monthly reporting and maintaining high level of program communication locally and with the EMEA Program Management team

Execute local CVG programs leveraging common CVG EMEA program methodology and tools, enabling streamlined collaboration across the region.

Coach individual project leaders with project management methodology to support execution

Maintain awareness of projects being delivered or in the pipeline that impact the CVG transformation

Proactively identify and raise interdependencies and risks


**Project Management**

Take responsibility for specific projects in the role of project manager

Utilize project and change management methodology to enable effective execution

Understand and work to resolve or escalate project issues

Demonstrate drive and enthusiasm to pursue project goals


**Change Management and communication**

Maintain stakeholder maps and execute communication plans for own projects and with the program team

Identify, raise and support communication needs to manage stakeholders and organizational understanding of initiatives

Demonstrate behaviours to support and enable the organization to change

Facilitate workshops to support project team needs


**Relationship Management**

Establish and maintain effective communication and strong relationships with local and regional stakeholders across businesses, geographies and functions

Actively participate in and contribute to Commercial Strategy Operations function and team meetings

Manage stakeholders to gain agreement regarding project related issues


**Must Have**


Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or another related field

8+ years of cross functional / cross geography project management experience in a matrix organization

Project management experience with commercial / sales organizations (preferred: complex business and transformational projects involving multiple teams/ countries and stakeholders)

Strong project management and change management skills

Strong organizational skills used to drive to timely results

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills

You are located in the Netherlands, Belgium, Austria, Switzerland or Denmark

Fluent in English


**Nice to have**

Project Management certification (PMP)

Experience in medical device industry

Business transformation

Consulting experience

Fluent local language (Dutch, French, German, Danish)
