Project Management: Project Analyst

The Project Analyst will be part of the CAO organization under the Global Business Risk and Control (GBRC) group with specific focus on Reporting, Tools and Capabilities (RTC) and End User Computing (EUC) Enterprise Governance.

GBRC is recently established and is responsible for the development of consistent control frameworks and the subsequent effort to align front line controls and monitoring to these new standards across the enterprise. The group partners with business / function teams to develop consistent approaches and practices that ensure we have the right checks and balances in place to minimize errors and issues. This includes driving front line control remediation, monitoring risk execution and project effectiveness.

This role will report to the teams senior Program Manager and support project team leads to provide end-to-end management of control-related, enterprise-wide and cross functional transformation and BAU initiatives, ensuring timely issue identification, escalation of risks and effective solution generation. The individual will provide support to complex, global programs and effectively support successful completion of programs through management reporting and / or initiative project level support.

The Program Management Team is comprised of strategic contributors who are:

+ Business Analysts and Project Management professionals who possess in-depth understanding of how a Program Management contributes to achieving strategic objectives we are focused

+ Charged with supporting each of the RTC streams we provide structure.

+ Interested in working / partnering with business / function groups including, Front / Middle offices, Data, Internal Audit, Compliance, Risk Management, etc. we are agile and well rounded.

The team is comprised of professionals with complementary skill sets who work collaboratively and have a keen interest in learning about a wide array of businesses / functions and partnering with them to solve complex problems at the enterprise level.

**Key Responsibilities:**

+ Support the teams senior Program Manager and Project Managers to effectively deliver all projects from end-to-end definition and planning through to execution / delivery

+ Document and monitor project governance, support project contributor teams directly or indirectly, capture deliverables and content

+ Support progress and status reporting to measure, monitor and report project progress to ensure that performance targets are met

+ Manage the production of periodic and ad hoc reports.

+ Develop strong relationships


+ 2-5 years of management consulting, transformation project coordination or similar change the bank roles

+ Previous experience supporting project teams on large scale projects

+ Detail oriented and well organized

+ Highly driven and motivated with a can-do attitude, a desire to participate in organizational change, demonstrated eagerness to learn and willingness to solve complex problems

+ Knowledge / experience in one or more of the following areas: regulatory / compliance, target operating model design, process optimization, digital transformation, financial services

+ Effective communicator, strong written and verbal communication skills:

+ Highly developed interpersonal skills:

+ comfortable in adapting to and networking across a large organization; motivated to building strong relationships and trust

+ experience working in collaboration across a diverse organization

+ congeniality

+ work independently and as a team contributor

+ Advanced Microsoft Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Outlook) skills


+ Bachelors/University degree or equivalent education
