**Northrop Grumman's Aeronautics Systems sector has an opening for a Project Manager to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals. This position will be located in Melbourne, FL. This is an individual contributor role, and is not a management position.**

+ Engaged as an individual contributor with focus on the execution of ongoing projects and serves as liaison between project management and planning, project team, and line management to collect data and integration data into meaningful reports.
+ Assess project issues and develop resolutions to meet productivity, quality and program budget and objectives.
+ Responsible for implementing and managing program processes and tools in accordance with the Integrated Management Framework.
+ Works side by side with the Program Managers on all program reporting including IPT, customer, and executive level presentations.
+ Manages program rhythm; coordinates and recommends program resource changes; identifies cost, schedule or performance variances for potential programmatic impacts.
+ Facilitates the risk, issue and opportunity management processes. Implements the Requirements Management process and manages all enterprise and project requirements.
+ Key program focal point for Program Management Reviews, both internal and external.
+ Analyzes current program processes and identifies process improvements to increase efficiency of program management/integration efforts.


**Basic Qualifications:**

+ Must have a Bachelor's degree AND 2 years of related professional experience, OR a Master's degree and 1 year of related professional experience.
+ Must have an active DoD Secret clearance (or higher) that is in-scope
+ Must have the ability to attain and maintain Special Program access (PAR) within a reasonable period, as determined by the company to meet its business needs.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

+ Special Program Access (PAR)
+ Proven success maintaining progress on multiple projects simultaneously
+ Documented experience with Microsoft Office tool suite; the ability to create, manage, and manipulate PowerPoint, Word, Excel - develop pivot tables and VB scripts to analyze numerical and relational data for effect data analytics.
+ Previous experience, leadership & teamwork capabilities, interpersonal communication skills, and activities (professional/community/extracurricular)
