We are currently looking for an Integrated
Business Plan (IBP) Project Coordinator to join our team to help deploy and
implement this multi-year, transformational project across multiple businesses.
The position is based in Minneapolis, MN or Santa Rosa, CA.

divisions, 10 businesses, and more than 32,000 employees. Within CVG,Coronary and Structural Heart(CSH) and Aortic,
Peripheral Venous (APV) are two of these divisions, representing 6
businesses impacting more than 5M patients in the last fiscal year.


CVG is
currently undertaking a multi-year project to implement Integrated Business Planning (IBP). IBP is a fully integrated,
monthly business planning process that pulls together information throughout
the strategic plan, product portfolio, customer demand and supply chain operation
to enable one seamless decision-making and management process.

**A Day in the Life**


The IBP
Project Coordinator is the person that keeps participants in the process on
track; for example, moving toward resolution of demand vs supply plans. This is accomplished through both process
discipline and data management and visualization, as well as rigorous project management
tracking fundamentals (e.g. timelines, action items). The IBP Project Coordinator
reports directly to the Director, Integrated Business Planning (APV CSH),


Responsibilities may
include the following (other duties may be assigned as needed):


**Process Facilitation**


**Meeting preparation** Support IBP meetings preparation.


+ Ensurethe various meetings that are key to the smooth running and success of the IBP processhappens on time, helping the finance, sales, marketing, supply chain andcommercial teams to comply with the requirements and active participation.


+ Workwith teams supporting the IBP process to develop short term tools andautomation to simplify data collection, management and visualization for teamsrunning the business allow more time for teams to think about what the datameans versus handling the data.


**Meeting Participation join key meetings includingbusiness/demand/supply/finance reviews**


**Meeting follow-up** Work with the IBP teams on documenting and
following up on actions items.


**Impact Assessment andImprovement**


+ Improve the process Work with the IBPprocess owner on continuous improvement and challenges with the process,particularly around data and tools, to ensure accuracy across multiple datasources, increase turnaround speed and decrease manual effort


**Information Coordination**


+ Ensuredata and tools are available to collect the financial plans and identifypossible root causes for any gap that exists between top-down and bottom-upplans.

+ EnableIBP master data, aggregating to an appropriately high level and recommending whatto present at IBP meetings.

+ Enabledata and tools for IBP meetings, reconciling supply to demand, aligning withthe financial plans and understanding the financial implications of differentscenarios.


**Necessary Skills**


+ DataManagement/Analysis/Visualization


+ Aboveaverage Microsoft Excel experience


+ Communication(written, oral)

+ MeetingCoordination (Outlook scheduling)

+ Abilityto work in rapidly changing environment

+ Ability to work withcomplex datasets


**Must Have: MinimumRequirements**


+ HighSchool Diploma or GED

+ Requiresminimum of 4 years of relevant experience.


**Nice to Have**


+ SAP anddatabase experience

+ ProjectManagement fundamentals and/or Lean Sigma experience

+ Demonstratedability to work independently with minimal daily oversight
