We are looking for a Go-to-Market Program Manager to support product innovation at Yelp, and launch new products to our Local (SMB) revenue organization. Successful candidates will be proven cross-functional leaders, thrive in ambiguity, and love creating just-right processes.

Reporting to our Director of Enablement, youll have two primary responsibilities. First, youll ready our customer-facing teams for product changes and launches. This means defining our launch processes end-to-end, and ensuring our enablement sets customer-facing teams up for success for everything we launch. Youll work across teams in Product Management, Product Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Sales Enablement, and Sales and Marketing Infrastructure -- all to ensure our Sales and Customer Success teams are aligned, market-ready, and on-message -- always.

Second, you will build strong feedback loops between Product and our customer facing teams. You will do this by facilitating our voice of the customer insights program - prioritizing insight requests and supporting insight gathering through surveying, moderating feature suggestion forums, and facilitating focus group sessions.

With the rapid growth of Yelps Product and Product Marketing functions, this is an essential role in aligning various teams to prioritize, coordinate, communicate, and execute product launches to Sales and Customer Success teams.

  • You will coordinate communication and educational materials for Sales and Customer Success orgs (3,000+ people) for product experiments and rollouts.
  • You will define and facilitate the process for go-to-market enablement projects - identifying pain points and opportunities for improvements
  • You will track and communicate launch plans to ready Sales and Customer success, including milestones, dependencies, risks, decisions, changes to scope; present clear risk mitigation plans as needed.
  • You will establish a repeatable, efficient process for funneling information about product updates into Sales and Customer Success playbooks, collateral, and training curriculum.
  • You will build a bridge between customer-facing teams and Product and Marketing partners to bring even more customer insights into product and marketing development cycle.
  • You will define and facilitate process for tapping into customer-facing teams for customer feedback
  • You will ensure requests from Product and Product Marketing are prioritized appropriately against business goals.
  • You will collect feedback on engagements from both Sales and Customer Success, and Product and Product Marketing, to ensure these efforts are valuable, and producing meaningful insights. Proactively propose changes and improvements.

What it takes to succeed:

  • You have 3-5 years of sales program management, product management, or product marketing experience
  • You have a strong individual understanding of product roadmap, GTM processes, and sales process -- and vision of how they come together
  • You have exceptional project management skills, and ability to mobilize cross-functional teams towards a common goal
  • You are an adaptive problem solver with demonstrated ability to work through ambiguity and drive process changes through an organization
  • You prefer working in a collaborative, cross-team capacity. This role requires you to work across different functions, departments and organizations.
