Job summary
The Ring Neighbors - Operations team is looking for a Program Manager to support Success Managers in working with local public safety agencies to provide value for Ring€™s end-users, directly tying into Ring€™s mission to make neighborhoods safer. This person will work with Operations, Business Intelligence, Content, and other business teams to create, implement, measure, and then iterate on operational tasks and initiatives intended to optimize the value Ring provides to our local public safety agencies. This person will also work with the Product and Engineering teams to troubleshoot and escalate technical issues as needed. This person will be responsible for partnering with internal content teams to create and maintain instructional materials such as training videos, quick-start guides, etc. By creating more engaged and active local public safety agencies, Ring is able to add value for end-users. This is a unique and innovative team that€™s on the forefront of shaping the landscape of public safety.

Key job responsibilities
* Work across Account Management, Product, Engineering, and Operations to identify agency user technical issues and ensure the issues are efficiently triaged, prioritized, investigated and resolved in a timely fashion.
* Maintain an external-facing Help Center that houses educational articles, videos, and FAQs with marketing friendly guides on how to best utilize Ring Neighbors public safety programs.
* Maintain subject matter expertise for public safety usage of Ring Neighbors.
* Establish tools and systems for assessing knowledge gaps amongst internal and external personnel, as well as develop solutions for addressing those gaps and/or inconsistencies.
* Work directly with community partners to better understand knowledge gaps and/or pain points that can act as a hindrance for driving engagement.
* Help build and refine internal training guides across multiple teams responsible for working with community partners.
* Create mechanisms for systematically documenting feedback from local public safety agencies for product improvement purposes.

  • 3+ years experience in program or project management
  • Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
  • Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams


* Bachelor€™s degree, preferably in a communication, education or related field.
* Experience building programs in fast-paced environments.
* Working knowledge of JIRA, Asana, Zendesk, Tableau, and Confluence (or similar Wiki platforms).
* Experience in both the architecture of larger training programs and systems, with the ability to create training materials.
* Ability to build and maintain knowledge management programs for both internal personnel, and external stakeholders.
* Experience drafting learning modules in objective language, in addition to creating reference guides and/or best practices articles meant for marketing purposes.
* Industry certifications in instructional design, curriculum development, and/or project management.
* Customer service experience.
