Procedural Innovations RD team is looking to hire a new program manager to lead several projects/programs aimed at attaining shelf life extension across multiple geographies and pursue indication expansion programs to support various business needs. Another workstream to manage is design related activities needed for current production support which includes CAPA support, NCRs, Change impact analysis and etc.


A Day in the Life:


Ideal candidate would have at least 7 + years of experience in combination medical devices involving design, development, manufacturing launch of medical device with a pharmaceutical drug. Specific experience with design controls 21 CFR 820.30, CGMP guidelines, 21 CFR part 4, applicable ISO guidelines and ICH/USP guidelines is preferable. Experience with taking medical devices all the way through development until regulatory approvals and launch is preferred. Working in a matrix organization with excellent cross functional collaborations and communication is also preferred.


Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.


+ Leads or leverages cross functional teams to evaluate, develop and manage projects for new product development and ongoing lifecycle management of products, processes and therapies.

+ Oversees and manages the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serves as liaison between project management and planning, project team, and line management.

+ Manages the development and implementation process of a companys products and services involving departmental or cross-functional teams focused on the delivery of new or existing products and processes.

+ Reviews status of projects and budgets; manages schedules and prepares status reports.

+ Monitors the project from initiation through delivery.

+ Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives.

+ Develops mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with project managers, line managers, and clients.

+ Gathers requirements, works on requirements planning, requirements elicitation and requirements management to ensure they meet demands of projects key stakeholders.

+ Communicates with stakeholders, obtains stakeholder engagement to ensure the end products or processes will solve the business problems.


**Must Have: Minimum Requirements**


+ Bachelors degree required

+ Minimum of 5-7 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
