We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Sr. Program Manager with a strong customer focus to lead and manage away team feature requests, enable coordination and build out new mechanisms to scale. The ideal candidate is a self-driven leader who can manage multiple work streams in parallel, communicate clearly and with data, prioritize effectively, have a consistent track record of delivery, and is not afraid to challenge the status quo.

Key job responsibilities
This is an exciting opportunity to own and influence cross-team initiatives. As a program manager, you will be adding critical value by helping Product organization operate at scale. In this role, you will:

-Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to drive scalable and effective solutions/mechanisms.

-Perform customer/partner needs and task analysis, build business case, scope projects, and evaluate existing features to propose solutions

-Influence others and help prioritize away team roadmap to drive ongoing program improvements based on customer/partners feedback and performance measurements

-Anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, anticipate and make tradeoffs, as well as balance business needs versus constraints

-Track data, status and provide reports to internal and external stakeholders


  • 5+ years of experience in program or project management
  • Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
  • Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership


-Prior Pharmacy or Healthcare experience
-Ability to use data and metrics to back up assumptions, and evaluate outcomes
-Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
-Desire and aptitude for learning new concepts quickly
