How will you make an impact?
The Program Manager - Data Analyst will support effective product development through company-wide R&D portfolio analytics, company-wide training of R&D staff for Design for Six Sigma methods, and ownership of PPI tool utilization within the Chief Scientific Office. This role requires partnership with a broad network of R&D, product, and portfolio management leaders throughout the organization.

What will you do?

  • Lead R&D portfolio analysis using Power BI tools to drive business decisions as needed
  • Support deployment through training of best practice methodologies to aid in improved product development, working with a diverse audience of R&D and product development managers
  • Manage the Chief Scientific Office PPI tool utilization for strategic initiatives and process improvement

How will you get here?

  • Minimum of M.S. in Science or Engineering related fields of study with advanced degree preferred
  • Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Proficient in Statistical Analysis via JMP/SAS and/or Minitab
  • Six Sigma Belt Certification and/or PPI Business System Process Manager preferred

  • Strong written communications skills with the ability to interpret and summarize analysis results in a clear, concise, and accurate manner
  • Ability to effectively train others and think of problems from multiple perspectives
  • Effective verbal communication and interpersonal skills, interfacing effectively with a diverse audience including leadership while understanding differing personalities and motivations
  • Ability to analyze large datasets and provide recommendations to leadership
  • Ability to interview stakeholders and translate to solid requirements for refined tool deployment methods

Working Conditions:

  • Works in an office environment with <20% travel required
